How long is dispatch?
All watch cufflinks are dispatched in 1 working day.
Monday to Friday excluding National Holidays.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be included in your order dispatched/completed email.
If you have a log in/ account set up with us, then you can view your order history when logged in. Your tracking number will be on your ‘Orders’ page.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Many of our products are sent as gifts and therefore we do not print invoices as standard. However you will receive an email receipt for your transaction when you checkout.
This also helps reduce our carbon footprint.
can I cancel my order?
Of course.
If we haven’t yet disptached your order please contact us to cancel it with a 100% refund.
Can I cancel my order if its been dispatched?
No. If your order has been dispatched into the postal service, we can no longer retrieve the parcel.
However, you can return the parcel to us for a refund minus postage costs.
Can I return my order?
Yes.
Please return your order to the address below. Please make sure you include your name and importantly order number in your parcel so we can issue your refund when the parcel arrives to us.
If you would like to return your order (we don’t get many), could we kindly ask your reason for returning your order as we are always eager to hear customer comments about our products and improve them.

Your order will be refunded minus the delivery cost which we incur to send the product to you.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes.
Please return your order to the address below. Please make sure you include your name and importantly order number in your return parcel so we can exchange your product/s when the parcel arrives to us.
If you would like to exchange your order (we don’t get many), could we kindly ask your reason for returning your order as we are always eager to hear customer comments about our products and improve them.

Once we have received your cufflinks, we will send you a small invoice for the exchanged product to be redelivered, this will be charged at cost price so will be as little as possible.

Watch Cufflinks
Do the watch movements move?
The gears on the watch movement cufflinks do not move. The name ‘Watch Movement’ used to describe the cufflinks is the term used interchangeably for the watch mechanism, these operate similarly to how you would wind a grandfather clock or a manual wind watch.
To make these movements viable for cufflinks the winders have been removed and hence they are now static.
However, the rotors freely move on our Automatic Watch Movement Cufflinks.
Do you offer an engraving service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a cufflink engraving service. We recommend you support your local high street to have watch cufflinks engraved.
I would like to have my own movements made into cufflinks is this possible?
Yes.
We can happily work with you to set your own watch movements please email us or chat to us to discuss your ideas.
I cannot find the brand I require, can you make other brands?
Yes.
If you’d like a custom order handcrafting and can’t see that particular watch maker brand in our shop then please email us.
We can source and set almost any brand/movement in the world within a couple of days to weeks depending on which country the movements have to travel from.
